Oil Kept the Stove Hot. Fed Serves Next.

Oil turned up the heat. Now the Fed has to serve something the market can actually eat.

BTC is holding $64K, ETH is still doing its job above $1,900, and that keeps the morning from turning into a full food fight. But the bigger bill is still sitting overhead at $64,600, and Brent near 91.53 USD/bbl is keeping appetites in check. FOMC at 2:00 p.m. ET decides whether this bounce gets a second course or sent back to the kitchen.

TODAY'S MENU

BTC: $64,323 (-0.64%)— Holding the shelf, still missing the next receipt.

ETH: $1,917 (-0.06%)— Cleaner than BTC, still too close to $1,900.

Fear & Greed:46 (Fear) — Less panic, not exactly greed either.

Macro Watch: Brent 91.53 USD/bbl — Oil is still running the stove.

Flow Signal: BTC ETFs +$761.4M MTD — Better appetite, still not party food.

TODAY'S JOB

Let the Fed headline hit, then watch whether BTC keeps $64K or finally plates $64,600.

LEVELS AT A GLANCE

BTC 4H — Holding the Shelf, Missing the Receipt

BTC Daily Tape: -0.64% (O $64,739 | H $64,739 | L $64,191 | C $64,323)

Support: $64,000 | Resistance: $64,600 | Bias: Neutral while $64K holds

ETH 4H — Better Than BTC, Not Clear Yet

ETH Daily Tape: -0.06%(O $1,918 | H $1,919 | L $1,906 | C $1,917)

Support: $1,900 | Resistance: $1,946 | Bias: Neutral-to-constructive while $1,900 holds

CHEF'S CHOICE

The Check Drops at 2PM

BTC is holding $64K, ETH is staying above $1,900, and the tape looks way less dramatic than a full risk-off food fight. The problem is still overhead: BTC has not reclaimed $64,600, and $65K is still the larger bill waiting behind it.

That is why the 2:00 p.m. ET FOMC matters. If the market hears something soft enough to calm rate nerves while oil stops acting like a grease fire, BTC gets another shot at $64,600 and then $65K. If not, this bounce stays in the appetizer lane.

COOKING LESSON

Big catalysts matter most when price is already sitting on a decision level.

If BTC were miles away from support or resistance, the Fed minutes would mostly be noise. But when price is camped right above$64Kand just below$64,600, one macro headline can decide whether the level becomes a launchpad or just another plate that slips off the table.

QUICK BITE

  • INSTITUTIONAL - ETF appetite improved, but not enough to spike the confetti cannon | +$761.4M month to date is better than the recent outflow slump, but it still does not scream "everyone pile in."

  • ALT SIGNAL - SOL quietly moved the furniture | Yesterday's $76.00 support is now $76.20, the base lifted to $76.00, and the next lid rises to $77.40.

  • MACRO - DXY helps, oil complicates | 99.477 keeps the dollar friendly enough, but Brent at 91.53 USD/bbl means macro still has a hot pan in its hand.

THE TAKE

The market is holding together, but the hard part still starts at $64,600. If the Fed gives crypto a decent read and oil stops yelling from the kitchen, the menu opens up. If not, $64K goes right back under the microscope.
