ETF Appetite Is Back. Macro Still Runs the Kitchen.

The kitchen finally got some appetite back, but macro still has the reservation book.

BTC tapped $64,340 after $221M of U.S. spot Bitcoin ETF inflows snapped a 10-day outflow stretch, which is exactly the kind of order ticket bulls needed to see. Brent fell below $76, but with U.S.-Iran negotiations still hanging over Hormuz traffic, this still feels like a decent first course — not dessert.

TODAY'S MENU

BTC: $64,340 (+1.75%) — Back above the $64K counter, but not fully fed yet.

ETH: $1,786 (+2.27%) — Beta joined the plate, but $1,800 still matters.

Fear & Greed23 (Fear) ← 22 — Sentiment improved by one point. The room’s still tense.

Macro Watch — Brent $75.73 — Oil cooled a bit, but the stove’s still on.

Flow Signal — Spot BTC ETFs +$221M — Institutions finally ordered something besides the door.

TODAY'S JOB

Yesterday’s overhead is today’s test: Nice bounce, nice flows, still not getting served— bulls need to hold the shelf and put $65K back on the menu.

CHEF'S CHOICE

ETF Appetite Is Back, but Macro Still Owns the Scoreboard

This bounce finally has a little protein in it. Spot BTC ETFs pulled in $221M and ended a 10-day outflow stretch, which gave BTC the fuel to reclaim $64K and pull $63,360 back under price.

That said, the kitchen isn’t serving victory cake yet. $65K is still the real receipt for BTC, and ETH still needs $1,800 to prove the side dishes have any bite. Until then, this is a cleaner repair attempt — not a full “we are so back” platter.

COOKING LESSON

A reclaimed level only matters if price can eat there twice.

One of the easiest trader mistakes is cheering the first pop through resistance like the market just won a ring. The better move is to watch whether that old ceiling turns into a usable counter. Today’s example is BTC reclaiming $64K. That’s good. But the real tell is whether price can stay above it instead of poking through, taking a selfie, and disappearing by lunch. Same deal with $63,360 — yesterday it was overhead, today it’s supposed to behave like support. When a level flips and holds, that’s structure. When it flips and immediately gives way, that’s just the market handing you garnish and calling it dinner.

QUICK BITE

MACRO — Oil cooled, dollar still hovered | Brent helped the tape breathe, but macro still hasn’t handed crypto a free dessert.

THE TAKE

This is a better plate than yesterday, no question. But if BTC can’t turn $64K into a real floor and earn $65K, the market may just be serving us optimism with no main course.
